Harvest Hospitality Group Created to Invest in Future of Hospitality

Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON, February 28, 2011 – VH Management and Development Group has changed its name to Harvest Hospitality Group (HHG). HHG was formed in 2009 by the highly successful Lais Hotel Properties Limited, a leader in the luxury properties sector operating as Vintage Hotels, well known for offering exceptional guest service. HHG’s mandate is to seek out purchase opportunities in the inns, hotels and resort markets in addition to residential lifestyle developments.

A new website and logo were created for HHG. The use of the word Harvest symbolizes HHG’s commitment to reaping success through growth and development using HHG’s abundance of knowledge and expertise. The three leaves in the logo signify the three major areas HHG uses to promote growth: people, passion and progress. The company’s mission statement also includes an emphasis on these three areas, because they maximize results for hospitality based businesses.

HHG has behind it a team of highly talented individuals with expertise in acquisitions, operations, sales & marketing, food & beverage, purchasing, financial management and human resources development.
HHG is headed by Rena McDonald, an officer and director of Lais Hotel Properties Limited, where she oversees finance, treasury and administration. In addition, she now oversees the operations of all managed hotel properties, hotel acquisitions and other business development for HHG.

HHG is actively seeking opportunities in the inns, hotels and resorts market and invites potential sellers to contact the group.
