Executive Chef, Queen's Landing
Currently at Queen's Landing, Executive Chef Randy Dupuis led the culinary team at Pillar and Post since 2004. Having been born and raised in Niagara, Chef Dupuis graduated from the Niagara Culinary Institute in 1984 and went on to hone his skills in both Toronto and Niagara restaurants.
"I would have to say the best part about working for this company is it is like being at home with family and friends. Everyday its like a new adventure who will I meet, what will I get to create, and not a day goes by without learning something new."
He joined the culinary team at Queen's Landing where he worked directly with Executive Chef Stephen Treadwell. Five years later he was appointed to run the kitchen at the Shaw Café & Wine Bar.
Room Attendant, Vintage Hotels

Tara registered for Ontario Management Development Program courses at Niagara College, she is actively involved with health and safety, working towards her certification 2, and she is on a succession plan. Tara was nominated by her peers as the Vintage Hotels Service First Champion in 2009.

Has been with the Prince of Wales Hotel since 1980.

Joined Vintage Hotels in 2003
"My approach to teaching new team members in the bake shop is hands on, and it is fulfilling to be able to help others develop and grow. In terms of advice, I would say that any experience you can get helps."
Kim has learned hands-on through various positions as a Kitchen Prep, Apprentice Cook and in her present position as a Pastry Chef.
General Manager, Prince of Wales
Has been with Vintage Hotels since January 1990.

Her length of service is a direct reflection of Vintage Hotels’ ability to provide growth, training and succession opportunities. She is now the General Manager of the Prince of Wales Hotel.
Server, Queen's Landing
Has been with Queen's Landing since June 1983.
"Our guests are different – they come to celebrate special occasions and we offer great service, exceptional food and an inviting atmosphere."
He works with a team that has been with him for a minimum of 10 years and they are like a family.
Laundry Manager, Queen's Landing
Corina joined Vintage Hotels in 1997.
"The team atmosphere is great and I feel respected and encouraged."
Corina started as a Laundry Attendant with Vintage Hotels 11 years ago and with determination and great Mentors, she worked her way up to hold the position of Executive Housekeeper and her current role as Laundry Manager.
Bellperson, Queen's Landing
Jason been with Queen's Landing since March 1997.
"We are all about service, pampering guests and they come back because of our employees. Our team is great here with lots of teamwork."
Jason's job comes naturally to him because he enjoys helping people.
General Manager, Pillar and Post
Paul MacIntyre has been with Vintage Hotels for over 7 years. He has been General Manager for the Pillar and Post since July 2004.
"Vintage Hotels is performance driven which encourages me and my colleagues to always strive for the best possible outcome."
Mr. MacIntyre has held many positions, including General Manager and Food & Beverage Manager of the Prince of Wales.
